Napalm? Are we the World's worst Rogue Nation now?

Thanks to Jeannette Warren for emailing me with this London Sunday Mirror report that Fallujah was being Napalmed in spots by US forces. This was banned by the United Nations in 1980 for use on civilians, and if this is true, it opens the doors wide open for MORE terrorist escalation, as we have NO moral ground to stand on. NONE.

This makes me ashamed to be an American.
