A matter of clarification...
It seems that NBC anchor Brian Williams became confused during the State of the Union speech, and identified Harold Ford Junior as Barack Obama. Our friend the Pesky Flyclarifies the difference in his post; go read it!

I have to go with the Billy Martin comment he made about George Steinbrenner and Reggie Jackson during the Reggie years:
"One's a liar and the other's convicted."
That's probably Williams' take on it. No excuse, however, for not being prepared and knowing the difference between Ford and Obama.
Actually, Obama usually makes sense when he opens his mouth...
