Are we sure it really exists? I mean...maybe it's one of those things they just told us when we were kids. Like Santa Clause and the Tooth Fairy.
The real bummer? Check the list of states with pending legislation. Yep, that's us. :(

Having actually visited South Dakota, I see one critical problem in the Rude Pundit's plan, and that is that South Dakota is (with the possible exception of Utah) the whitest state in the Union. The likelihood of the bad black MFs getting close to those virginal young white girls is pretty slim; I'd suspect they'll be found close to the state line and told to go back where they came from.... :-)
