Being on the government teet does not constitute moral superiority: therein lies my problem with the current state of "liberalism." More to the point, Mr. Haspel is a reasonable voice, but he does not address how--not who, but how--health care reform of any sort will actually be paid for short of yet another round of borrowing from those democracy-loving Chinese. I have not heard of anything the administration is proposing beyond fees and more brohmides about "wasterfraudandabuse." That ain't adequate--
