Well of course bonehead. Banks have to open where a profit can be made. Why don't YOU try to open a liquor store for Mormons or a pork bbq restaurant in a Hassidic neighborhood?
You think that's bad? We haven't been able to have a pizza delivered in Binghampton since the early 90's? That's a damn shame. Brotha tries to get some Pizza Hut, has to drive five blocks. When is this bastardly slight against humanity going to swept away?
