Ed Vaugh is my recommendation for the at large school board race. I worked with Ed at Schering-Plough, where he manages a group of scientists/chemists. My experience (I worked in HR) was that Ed was a great manager, ethical, honest, and intelligent. He also received a very high rating by the Coalition for a Better Memphis,the following link will give you his rating, his resume, and his response to questionnaire.
