It appears the "powers that be" at Channel 3 do not want me involved in the Sheriff's debate they are holding on July 11th. I was told today by a newspaper reporter that his managing editor responded to an email inquiry that I was not going to be allowed to participate in this debate.

I am filing a FCC complaint against Channel 3 today regarding denial of equal access to the public airwaves. I am also asking everyone to try to persuade channel 3 to reconsider. Considering how dangerous this community has become, it would seem that the only candidate who is offering a vision for fighting crime and a plan of attack, would be allowed to participate.

Press release to follow . . . .
